Grace period is 5 days.Still, if not remitted then the students are allowed only the fees to be remitted with fine.
Examination to be conducted on every month 2nd saturday.

The examination comprises of theory (60) & practical (40) questions with the time tenure of 1.5 hrs.
After completing all of the Examinations pertain to the course, then only the certificate process should be processed.
It should be processed with in 15 days of receiving photo from the students.

Solving the Project Asignments on time.
The fee date is 08 of every month. The grace period is 3 days. Afterward, the students only allowed if he or she will pay the fees.
Try to pay the tuition amount on time to avoid the penalty and interruption of the sessions.
Exam date 2nd Saturday of every month. Attend the exams without fail. Once the Students complete all the exams then only the certification process should be entertained.
In case he is not attending the exam as of date, he will allow to attend the exam on the next consecutive month's exam.

Using Mobile Phones, Playing Games, Viewing Videos, and Talking Unnecessarily with co-students loudly are strictly banned inside the institution's premises.

Refund of the tuition fees should be entertained only if the claim can be placed within 10 days of Enrollment.

c. Shift to a new Location or official transfer.
d. Shift to a new Location learn for Higher Studies.
e. The above scenarios are applicable only if the student raise the claim with-in 10 days of joinining.
f. Otherwise alternative measures to take care of completing the course only be entertain.
The refund amount calculated on the basis of the following manner
Amount Payable = Total Course Fees Paid – (Admission Fees + Attended Days Tuition Fees + % of Tax Amount if paid or to be payable )
The mininal % of deduction starts from 10% (Applicable for 1 to 3 days from the date of joining )
It is not a possible to refund the money because it is so difficult to separate the course fees amount that comes under one bundle.

The second thing is refunded only claims whenever we are supposed to close the institute or there is any other no way to conduct classes for the joined courses.
The refund scenario arises because of the trainer not conducting the session properly then there is possibilities arrange a new trainer to conduct and completing the same.
Generally in any of the Educational institution, they should not refund the amount due to this reason at any situation.
Yes, within 15 days of making enrollment (admission) to the course.
No,definetely it is not possible to avail 100% fees refund. Because it includes Trainer Cost , Current & Time Consumption, Tax to be payable or settled tax . So after deducting the above mentioned things we will settled the remaining amount within 15 days from claming.
If the students face a medical emergency then we will refund the course fees, once he will submit the needed documents showing the cause of emergency with-in the stipulated time period ie with-in 10 days.Standard Deductions could be applicable as per rules.
It is completely up to your problem to go to new places, then how we can respond for this. If that particular teacher does not conduct the classes well then we will arrange a new teacher for you to continue. In case of go to a new places for unavoidable situation we avail alternative ways to complete the portion. Such as Changings Batch Timings . Attend the classes via Online or Weekly batches etc.
In case of any Refunds approved by the MySkill Academy's Board Members, it’ll take 20 - 30 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
We are not responsible to conduct the classes if the course time duration period was completed.
Last but not least for considering the student's welfare and money matters we will allow the students to join ongoing batches with the same subjects available on demand with the proper requisition made by the students in letter format. This facility avails to him only one time on consideration.
